Isaiah 14:2-4

2 And the people shall receive them and bring them to their own place, and the house of Israel shall possess them in the land of the Lord, for [a]servants and handmaids: and they shall take them prisoners, whose captives they were, and have rule over their oppressors.
3 ¶ And in that day when the Lord shall give thee rest from thy sorrow, and from thy fear, and from the sore bondage, wherein thou didst serve,
4 Then shalt thou take up this proverb against the King of Babel, and say, How hath the oppressor ceased? and the gold thirsty Babel rested?
